Challenge

First Magnus, a leading provider of mortgage services in the US, wanted Iniquus to create a neatly designed, easy to navigate website for their brokers.

Solution

Iniquus used an intro flash movie that provided info about the company and its services. In addition a graphical tool was created (using a U.S. map) to ease users in finding FMFC branches along with a secure section for users to view their loan documents online.

Results

Successful depiction of the company and its offerings as well as a secure and easy to use website.


	Project Highlights Created a neatly designed, user friendly website with an intro Flash movie, that provided information about the company, services etc. Designed a form for Broker Registration. Browser capability of Netscape 4.0 and IE 5 and above. Non Flash version of site was made available. Created a secure section to view user’s loan documents online. Provided a graphical tool (using a U.S. Map) to ease users in finding FMFC branches and representative in their states. Created a form for visitors to contact the company. Created a simple login page for the secure sections of the web site.
