	Project Highlights Ability to add/ edit candidates. Ability to e-mail candidate resumes to multiple companies Ability to export, print and e-mail resumes in a host of predefined templates Admin module within the job module enabling online posting of Jobs. Basket module to add candidates into a basket and thus group and classify candidates. Contacts module which administers all company contacts and application users. Default module consisting of sub administration modules for defining and controlling various data definitions required by the application for eg. Locations, skills, areas of work and security privileges. Facility to register as a candidate and later login using registration facility and edit profile. Interview module – a fully customizable multiple candidate, multiple round interview module. Module based approach in creation of the recruitment management system. Module based security restricting access to particular modules by user profile. Role based security restricting log-in. Role based security restricting candidates whose data can be viewed. Search within the job module to find candidates who match job criteria. Overall security framework in terms of login. Thorough advanced search in each of the modules based on multiple parameters. Storage of search criteria for later reuse.
